Estimates

All estimates are free of charge and non-binding. An estimate provided through this website, by phone, or in person is not a contract until confirmed by written agreement. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling are determined after on-site evaluation and approval by both parties.

Scheduling and Weather

Tree work and outdoor services depend on safe working conditions. Severe weather, high winds, lightning, or saturated ground may require us to reschedule a job for the safety of our crew and your property. If a delay occurs, we will contact you promptly to arrange the next available date. Emergency services are available 24/7 for storm damage and hazardous trees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing before the job begins. Larger projects may require a deposit or progress payments, which will be outlined in the written estimate or agreement.

Liability and Insurance

Rubio Tree Services is licensed and insured. Our crews follow industry safety practices on every job, and our insurance coverage protects your property while work is performed. If you have questions about our coverage, we are happy to provide proof of insurance before work begins.
